No Loose Braids has led Mishoon burns, including burns in Ashfield Massachusetts, with Ohketeau Cultural Center, Sudbury Massachusetts, with the Wayside Inn, and Charlestown, Massachusetts. Read more about the most recent mishoon projects on the Press page.

Each project brings together people from Sister tribal communities and is an opportunity for Native apprentices and youth to learn and re-learn this traditional practice. These projects also provide multiple opportunities for public engagement and sharing of historical practices and the history of our lands and people.
