Hand Drum Assembly Workshop

No Loose Braids and One Circle STITCH came together to host a drum workshop for our relatives in the Natick region. But this gathering was more than just a workshop —it was a space for knowledge- sharing, connection, and accountability.



As we sat in a talking circle, we gave each other the time to listen, reflect, and uplift. Our elders spoke truths about what our community has been missing, reminding us of the power in coming together with intention. Their words, full of wisdom and hope, guided the younger ones as they learned and carried forward our ways.

We can choose to sit apart, or we can sit in a circle and lift each other up. This gathering was a reminder of the strength in choosing the latter. We look forward to what this new season will bring for all of us.
